Your monthly base-subscription fee includes free 24/7 access to our Online Knowledge Support Portal, which is filled with easy to find support articles, step-by-step tutorial and troubleshooting guides, just by entering a few search words based on your topic. Subscribers receive tip e-mails weekly to highlight popular tutorials to help both you and your staff utilize ThoroVet in your practice. You can also contact us during business hours by e-mail or phone to talk to one of our friendly support team members, right here in the U.S.

Where is my data stored and is it secure?
What happens to my files if I cancel my subscription?
Why can’t I just pay once to download and install the software?
What if I don't have an internet connection, will ThoroVet still be functional?
You will however, need an internet connection to use Stripe to store/process credit card payments, complete your electronic coggins through GVL, and sync any recently updated data with QuickBooks Online.
Do I need another cellular line?
IS Thorovet compatible with HISA for horse racing?

How much does ThoroVet cost or is included with the subscription fee?
You will need a QuickBooks Online account to use the full functionality of ThoroVet for all of your billing, accounting, and inventory tracking (optional). The QuickBooks Online plans vary starting at $25+/month (Simple Start, pricing subject to change). The most popular plan starts at apx $40+/month (Plus) which is required for tracking Inventory and includes a variety of additional features you may find useful such as manage/pay bills, etc. *Prices may vary

What kind of commitment is required?
How will ThoroVet save me money?
IS there a Contract?
Is there a free trial? What happens if I want to cancel? is it refundable?
We require 30-day notice to cancel your software if you determine that ThoroVet is not the right fit for your practice, but do not lock you in on any type of long-term contracts. After the 30-day notice, you will no longer be charged the monthly subscription fee and will not be able to use the system. We can export your medical records for up to 90 days after your cancellation. If you have not been actively using ThoroVet for a period of time after you signed up, we cannot refund any past charges but will gladly cancel your subscription with 30-day notice and stop future charges.
